Terms of use

These terms apply when you use RealRoof (realroof.com) to find or advertise properties, function halls and event services. By using the site you agree to them.

What we do

RealRoof is a listings platform. We show ads that owners, agents, builders and vendors post, and help buyers, tenants and customers contact them. We are not a party to any deal, booking or payment between users, and we do not inspect properties or verify ownership.

Your account

• You sign up with Google or your mobile number and must give true details.
• You are responsible for what is done from your account. Tell us at once if you think it is misused.
• One person, one account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Posting ads

• Post only what you own or are authorised to advertise, with correct prices, details and your own photos.
• No fake, duplicate, misleading or illegal ads, and nothing offensive in text or photos.
• Every ad is checked before it goes live. We may ask for changes, refuse, or take down an ad, with the reason given to you.
• You allow us to show your ad, photos and videos on RealRoof, and to resize them for display, for as long as the ad is live.
• Your mobile number is shown only to signed-in users with a verified mobile, and they are limited per day.

Using contact details

Use an advertiser's number only to ask about their ad. Collecting numbers, sending bulk or marketing messages, or harassing anyone is not allowed and leads to suspension.

Paid plans

Prices are shown in rupees with GST on Plans & pricing. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see your card or bank details. A premium credit can be used within 12 months of purchase and keeps an ad live for 3 months. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Limits of liability

Ads are the advertisers' responsibility. Check the property, papers and the person before you pay anyone. To the extent the law allows, RealRoof is not liable for losses from dealings between users, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.

Grievances and contact

Under the Information Technology Rules, 2021, you can raise a complaint about content or your account with our grievance officer. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
