How do I sign up?
With your Google account or your mobile number (we send a one-time code by SMS). Either way you verify your mobile before posting an ad or seeing an owner's number.
Is posting free?
Yes, your first ad is free and stays live for 1 month after our team checks it. For more ads, or to stay on top of search results for 3 months, buy a premium pack on Plans & pricing.
Why is my ad not live yet?
Every ad is checked by our team, usually within a working day. If something needs fixing we tell you why by SMS or email, and you can edit and send it again from My ads.
What does premium give me?
A Premium badge, a place at the top of search results, and 3 months live. A premium credit can be used any time within 12 months of buying it.
My colony or locality is not in the list.
Type its name while posting and choose to suggest it. Our team checks it, and once approved everyone can find it. We let you know when it is added.
How do I contact an owner?
Sign in, verify your mobile, and press Show number on the ad. The owner is told someone viewed their number. To keep owners safe from spam, one person can see up to 30 new numbers a day.
Something looks wrong or fake in an ad.
Use Report this ad on the ad's page and pick the reason. Our team reviews every report and takes ads down when needed.
When does my ad end?
We remind you 3 days before it ends. After that it stops showing in search; you can bring it back as premium from My ads.
Can I get a refund?
Unused premium credits can be refunded. See the refund policy.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments & invoices, ready to print or save as PDF.
How do I delete my account?
From Profile & password, choose Delete account. Your ads are taken down and your personal details removed; see the privacy policy for what we must keep.
